challenges of a college bound athlete with APD
I am the parent of a 17 year old Division lacrosse player. the whole recruitment process is very biases against athletes with learning dissabilities. Every corner we turn there is yet another obstacle. the lastest is the low scores on ACT exam. After tutoring and preparing for the exam 2x.s, still the score is very low.
