Is there anyway to permently ensure my daughter cannot have children? Legally?

My daughter has 22q.11 and is just headed into puberty. Her IQ has been between 70-75 consistantly. I fear in her need to be liked and have friends, she will allow any man to talk her into doing something that she doesn't understand. I would be happy if I could get her tubes tied...
