Twins

What should a "normal" twin do with her special needs brother in terms of young adult activites? Shoulld she let him stay at home or really push him to come?

I am not sure there is any one good answer to your question. I would imagine it would depend on a number of factors, such as the relationship between the siblings, the needs of both siblings, such as the needs of the one twin to be able to enjoy activities without feeling as if she needs to "take care" of her brother and the needs of the other twin to be exposed to different activities. Maybe the compromise would be that sometimes the special needs sibling would be pushed to attend social functions and at other times the twin without special needs can go by herself.
