My cousin was just 8 years old. he is studying well in home but he can't able to present in his paper during exam time. what we want to do? and with whom we want to consult?

I am not sure where you are located as I am not familiar with 8 year old children having to present a paper during exams. However, I would imagine you should start with your cousin's school district and speak with his teacher.Talk about what you are seeing and why you are concerned. The teacher may be able to provide you with additional resources.
