    Thanks for your post.

     

    You can possibly receive accommodations when taking the GED. You should contact your local testing center and ask for the forms needed to request accommodations. They will let you know what forms need to be completed and what documentation you will need.

     

    You can receive accommodations based on your specific needs. Some examples of accommodations are:


    Audiocassette edition (with large-print reference copy)
    Large print edition

    Extended time
    Using a scribe during the testing
    Using a talking calculator or abacus
    Supervised frequent breaks
    Taking the test in a private room

     

    This may make the GED a little easier for you.
