Dyslexia at age 4??? Please Help...

I have 2 boys(7&9) and 1 girl(4). My oldest child is Dyslexic and has ADD, both diagnosed in 1st grade. He takes ADD medication daily and tutoring(MTA Program) 45 mins everyday at his school. No LD with my middle child. But, I am seeing many of the delays in processing and memory in my 4yr old, many of the same things I saw with my first child but didn't know any better at the time. I really want to get her tested and further instruction. She does go to preschool (Montessori)3 days/wk and I work with her, but her memory and recognition just after reviewing letters/numbers and sounds is missing. I am a trained Phonics mom, with her school, and have tried many different methods. While the other kids in her class are grasping the phonic sounds, she is not retaining them or even understanding the concept. I feel very frustrated. I know everyone says..."all kids learn at a different level"...,but I am now a seasoned mom and see symptoms of LD in her too.
I too have ADD and take daily medication and struggled in school my whole life. I am from Arkansas and they never tested me or mentioned the words Dyslexia while I was growing up. They just always said I was a "slow learner". I was always in tutoring for reading and math. With a strong family history, I just really want to do what I can for my daughter as early as I can. Any suggestions? I live in the Dallas area. There has got to be something I can do. I feel sorry for her, but my oldest has done extremely well with all the years of tutoring and now reads at grade level,Yeah! I know once she gets in public school, she can be tested there and in the MTA program if need be. I just don't want to waste another year before Kindergarten to help her get on the right track. I know this is lengthy and I just signed up on here today. I would appreciate any and all suggestions.
