What a beautiful little baby Elijah was!! I am so very sorry for your loss. I cannot imagine what you have gone through.
You must remember, though, that this was not your fault. You did not do anything to cause this and it is not a reflection on your ability to be a good mother. You sound like you were a wonderful mother!
I saw the other person that answered gave information on what her son used during the conception process. I don't know if it would be best for you, but it may be worth discussing with your doctor.
I wish you the best and hope you will keep us updated on how you are doing.

Hello Janet,
My son was told by his geniticist that he could conceive a child through using a test tube method, to be able to determine if the child would be effected with VCFS. He liked this idea for the future.
Your son was a gift to you. He showed you that you could and did have care and love for a child. Although it is so difficult to lose a child, it is wonderful to be able to know he was a very special boy to you while you had him. Not everyone gets that opportunity. Please, do not feel bad about yourself. Cherish the memories that you have. I wish you all the best!
