The 6hr spin class this past sunday was awesome and great positive all rolled into one over 25,000 dollars was raised for the even as a whole and was one of the best experiances I've ever done can't wait to do more I hope to do a century bike ride this summer body willing this was challenging in every way especially for my feet but stuck with it and did the whole six hours was a little disapointed I couldn't get more coverage for it but the radio interview was a nother great experiance I'll never forget and he said he'd be willing to have me on again if I do other stuff for awareness.
