When I saw this blog i was i must read this cause it makes so much sense, Maybe since its discribing what i went through for a good while in school until i switched a school for students with Learning DIfferences. Anxiety went down where I didnt have to be on meds and was off of them completly by the end of my second year there.

I still have anxiety but I do know how to deal with it better I took a course my college offers in Stress Management and it has help a WHOLE lot with adjusting to that new environment.

I also woundered if the to were related now i know they can be.
