Depression

I have learned that having a learning disability and ADHD can lead to depression. When you have so many obstacles in your life trying to deal and fight your learning problems or behavior it can easily lead to depression. People without learning disabilities and ADD do not realize or understand how it is or how it feels. I believe that surounding yourself with other people who have similar problems is better than surrounding yourself with normal people because they understand the pain. It is hard to tell a normal person how you feel and have them understand. It is hard enough dealing with my own problems and then having to explain it or talk about it is even harder.
