I want to start a new topic on FriendsOfQuinn called "Eating Healthy," and talk about the effects that it can have on a person. If you have tried eating healthy, what has your experience been and why or why not you like eating healthy.
Eating Healthy: Coffee and Juices
Since I have been with my fiancée, I have l learned a lot about eating healthy and how the foods you eat can affect you. For example: though I drink coffee and so does most of America, it is very bad for you. It affects the nervous system, which is why you seem to act jittery. Also, coffee makes you not want to eat. What people should be doing, when they wake up in the morning instead of drinking coffee, is to start drinking raw juices. They will wake your brain up five times faster and will not make it crazy. They are also good for your insides along with your brain, especially for those with learning disabilities. What you can do is go online and Google Juicer or type in Juice Bar, as they are called, and try to find one in your area. You can even try to make fresh raw juices at home. One person who I know drinks raw juices is Russell Simons. If you do not know who he is, look him up.
I'd like to hear what your morning routine is. Do you find some days you are more "ready to go" than others? Tell us what works for you.
