    Hey Quinn

     

    I like the nickname for your belly.  I have grown a belly too from eating too many holiday treats.

     

    I don't seem to do well on the treadmill.  I can never get the right rhythm so I tend to do the exercise bikes or my favorite, the eliptical.  I like your goal...I think a steady pace is best.

     

    Keep at it...I am sure you will achieve your goal!

    don't forget to add in some cercuit training with some weights, don't have to be heavy weights, you'll get that all around workout. It's great, I do 30 min's on a bike then 30 min of weights and when I can after that I do an hr spin class. Can't do it all the time but try to when my body allows. So Keep it up, if you get bored try doing something different, or add a new routine and by the way walking is better on your joints than running. So keep it up.
