Friday, January 15, 2010 at 11:25 AMdon't forget to add in some cercuit training with some weights, don't have to be heavy weights, you'll get that all around workout. It's great, I do 30 min's on a bike then 30 min of weights and when I can after that I do an hr spin class. Can't do it all the time but try to when my body allows. So Keep it up, if you get bored try doing something different, or add a new routine and by the way walking is better on your joints than running. So keep it up.

Hey Quinn
I like the nickname for your belly. I have grown a belly too from eating too many holiday treats.
I don't seem to do well on the treadmill. I can never get the right rhythm so I tend to do the exercise bikes or my favorite, the eliptical. I like your goal...I think a steady pace is best.
Keep at it...I am sure you will achieve your goal!
