Like mother, like son?  I am proud to say yes.  Max and I are a lot alike.  Just because I don't have autism or learning disabilities doesn't mean I don't understand my son.  Sometimes I understand him all too well.

Now how about you?  If you are a parent of a child who has learning disabilities, do you find that you and your child share certain personality traits and even challenges?  Can you see yourself in your child?  And if you are a young adult with learning disabilities, do you find that you have much in common with your parents?  Can you see any similarities between your parents and you?  Tell us your thoughts.  We always love to hear from you!
